  • Xiaocen Zhang is an Associate at The HUO Law Firm, where she focuses on U.S. immigration law and IP law. With a strategic and client-centered approach, she guides individuals, families and businesses through complex immigration processes, providing tailored solutions that align with each client’s unique goals. Her practice includes a wide range of immigration matters. 

    Xiaocen brings a strong international legal background to her practice. Prior to joining HUO Law Firm, she served as a Foreign Law Clerk at a leading intellectual property law firm in New York, where she advised on global trademark strategy and managed cross-border trademark portfolios. In that role, she worked on high-stakes cases and collaborated with attorneys around the world to support multinational clients.

    Earlier in her career, Xiaocen worked as a trademark paralegal at one of China’s top IP law firms, where she oversaw thousands of trademark cases and managed portfolios for hundreds of clients across various industries. 

    Her broad legal experience across jurisdictions enables her to approach immigration issues with a deep understanding of international legal systems and cross-border client needs. She is adept at developing comprehensive, strategic immigration plans that reflect both legal precision and cultural fluency.

Xiaocen Zhang

  • Tianyuan Shu is an Associate at The HUO Law Firm. she holds a J.D. and a M.S. in Cybersecurity Risk Management from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Urban Planning and Design from Nanjing University. 

    Ms. Shu’s professional background includes experience with international and boutique intellectual property law firms in China, where she honed her skills in trademark and copyright protection, as well as IP arbitration. She also gained valuable experience in immigration law while externing with National Immigrant Justice Center, where she assisted in preparing petitions and affidavits for clients. Ms. Shu also holds a CIPP/US certification, and participated in Cybersecurity Clinics during law school, which broadened her experience of working with governments, organizations, and individuals from a variety of industries. 

    Having been trained across different disciplines, Ms. Shu brings a diverse perspective to her work. During her free time, she enjoys dancing and visiting museums and galleries.

  • Gayle Limlingan-Poblete is a Legal Assistant at The HUO Law Firm where she is assisting all the employment based H-1B and PERM-based petitions. Ms. Limlingan is also a licensed attorney in the Philippines with a strong academic foundation in law and business. She earned her Juris Doctor from San Beda College-Alabang and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics from Ateneo de Manila University. With additional graduate training in marketing management, Gayle brings a strategic client-focused mindset to her legal practice. She is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of immigration law with clarity and compassion.
