Xiaocen Zhang is an Associate at The HUO Law Firm, where she focuses on U.S. immigration law and IP law. With a strategic and client-centered approach, she guides individuals, families and businesses through complex immigration processes, providing tailored solutions that align with each client’s unique goals. Her practice includes a wide range of immigration matters. 

Xiaocen brings a strong international legal background to her practice. Prior to joining HUO Law Firm, she served as a Foreign Law Clerk at a leading intellectual property law firm in New York, where she advised on global trademark strategy and managed cross-border trademark portfolios. In that role, she worked on high-stakes cases and collaborated with attorneys around the world to support multinational clients.

Earlier in her career, Xiaocen worked as a trademark paralegal at one of China’s top IP law firms, where she oversaw thousands of trademark cases and managed portfolios for hundreds of clients across various industries. 

Her broad legal experience across jurisdictions enables her to approach immigration issues with a deep understanding of international legal systems and cross-border client needs. She is adept at developing comprehensive, strategic immigration plans that reflect both legal precision and cultural fluency.
